Dream Clean Cancellation & Service Policy

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

– Appointments  canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $90 cancellation fee  to compensate for lost time and scheduling disruptions. 

– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance  will not be subject to a fee. 

– Rescheduling  requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance  to avoid the cancellation fee.

– If our team arrives and is unable to access the property (e.g., locked doors, no one present, or entry restrictions), it will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee may be charged.
